ATTENTION!

- Fill in the form carefully.

- Send your application.

- During one day you will get confirmation about reservation of the suite according to the requirement to your E-mail, if necessary - account for payment which is valid during 5 bank days.

- Not later than in 5 days you should confirm the reservation or payment by the next telephone numbers: +38(0692) 71-73-29, 71-60-47 or by E-mail: kobzar@stel.sebastopol.ua, info@kobzar-crimea.com.ua

- Payment in cash is done on arrival at the boarding house; clearing is done during 5 bank days since the date you got the account.

- For private persons payment is done by written order by means of any bank to our account details.

- If you do not confirm the application and do not pay the account during 5 days, your application will be deleted automatically from the reservation base.

- The children under 16 must have medical form on inoculations and form of epidemiologic environment.

- Reservation for May, June, September is done by advanced payment in the proportion of accommodation for 3 days, for July and August in total payment.

- In case of refusal from accommodation in the reserved suite, payment is refunded by written order minus cost of one-day accommodation, which is the cost of reservation service.
