Boarding house is situated in the Crimea, in the suburban resort zone of Sevastopol, between the settlements Uchkuevka and Loubimovka, on the Black sea coast. Nearby there are situated numerous boarding houses, campings and hotels.

It was founded in 1992. The company does its best to supply the customers with high-quality service.
The company has been awarded with numerous diplomas and certificates.

In 2000 the company was awarded with International Diamond Star "For service and quality" of International marketing institute (Mexico City).

In 2007 boarding house won the contest "100 best goods and services of Ukraine".
